Please call us at 425.486.5292 to set up a cake tasting appointment. We are available for cake tasting appointments on the hour Monday – Saturday from 8am- 1pm. Appointments typically last between 1/2 hour to 1 hour. At this appointment you will taste our most popular cake flavors: Traditional White Cake with Gourmet Raspberry Filling & White ButterCream Frosting and Chocolate Silk Cake with Bavarian Custard Filling & White ButterCream Frosting. You will also get to look at our Wedding Cake Book onsite. You are welcome to look at our Wedding Cake Book online in our “Wedding Cake Gallery” tab. The pictures & numbers online coincide exactly with our Wedding Cake Book onsite.

We only ask for a refundable deposit on the pillars and plates that structurally support your wedding cake. Once the pillars and plates are returned after the wedding you will receive a gift card for future purchases. We do not require a deposit to hold a date.
We do deliver wedding cakes for a fee. The fee depends on which city we deliver to. There is an extra charge on Sundays because the shop is closed.
We are happy to assemble fresh flowers on the cake if we deliver. We ask that you order the flowers from your florist. This way you can get the types and colors of flowers that you want.
We ask that you provide any ribbon that you would like on your cake. This way you can get the color and thickness that works with your design.
We offer traditional cake topper styles for purchase. There are many cake toppers that you can find online from initials to your favorite character figurines.
White Buttercream
Our white buttercream recipe contains real butter and has a slightly creamy tint to it. This frosting tastes wonderful and holds up in even the hottest Northwest weather. Our recipe has been passed down through many generations.
European Marzipan
A traditional European topping that is made with rich almond paste. Our European Marzipan has a beige tint to it and a very smooth look. The cake decorator rolls the marzipan out like a dough and lays it over a cake. If you like almond then you would love marzipan. This is a very old Dutch recipe from our bakery in Holland.
Fondant
We use Satin Ice Fondant which is a high quality rolled fondant. This fondant is pure white and has a very smooth look. It tastes a little like melted marshmallows or sugar cookie dough. Chocolate Fondant is also available. The cake decorator rolls the fondant out like a dough and places it over the cake. You may recognize this product because it is often used on cake decorating TV shows.
